Ugh, the worst I've dealt with. The cliff notes....they provided a tracking #, but the package didn't actually ship out, said it was "lost", then said it was "found", but shipping from China. Asked them to cancel the order multiple times. 3 weeks later I filed a paypal claim, they again gave me the tracking # for a package that didn't yet ship out. Again, asked them to cancel. Paypal ruled in my favor, refunded the $$, and 2 days later the package was finally shipped to me. If it wasn't left in my mailbox, I would have refused it. They knew that once it was delivered they could appeal and win the paypal claim. I asked them to send me a pre-paid return label so I could send it back, in return the offered a discount to keep it. I ordered from them because their site says they ship within 24 hrs (I needed it quickly)...would have been nice if they just canceled my order as requested. In the end, the battery was shipped/delivered over a month after it was ordered. Horrible customer service, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your battery needs.
